Under $35 Tall Clothing Reviews

Hi there! Sorry I’ve been MIA.  My daughter is turning 2 and I’ve been busy planning her birthday party.  You may remember from this post, I love to go all out…and it typically catches up with me in the final weeks! But I wanted to stop by quickly to review some tall clothing items for you before they sell out! Later, I will attempt making outfits with them like I did here.  But for now…

First up?  The sweats I featured in the tall lounge wear post.

Women’s Tall Drawstring Skinny Sweatpants. $22.94

I have zero negatives about these pants! They are super soft, don’t stretch out too much, and fit just right! I ordered a medium and they are roomy without being too big.  If I want them tighter I can roll down the waist band.  Sometimes this partner store has fake drawstrings on their clothes (a pet peeve of mine!), but this draw string is real so you can adjust appropriately.  I am 6 feet tall and the medium is plenty long enough.  I’d say these pants would fit up to 6’2″ and maybe even taller if you’re ordering a size larger than medium.  I have the darker pair (now sold out) but I love them so much I’d love the lighter pair as well.  I’m pretty sure I’ll live in these this fall/winter.

Next up?

Women’s Terry Fleece Blazer (Tall). $34.94.

Unfortunately sizes are limited now but check back as inventory is often adjusted.  I ordered a small and a medium just in case but the small fit best.  I love this piece!  It runs very long but finds the perfect balance of fitted with room to layer.  Much better than the boxy fit you find in some blazers.  The sleeves are so long I might actually cuff them.  Since when do we tall gals have that problem?!  It’s basically a sweatshirt disguised as a blazer. I’m in love!  For an idea on how to wear this piece, check out this post!

Lastly…

cn6411484Dolman Sleeve Tall Sweater. $17.99.

I ordered this in navy blue but it also comes in yellow and cobalt blue (and check out a similar option in a gorgeous shade of coral).  I like this shirt as a staple piece and of course I like the price.  No complaints on this one; it just didn’t wow me!  But for the price, I think it’ll be a great addition to layer with other pieces to make it more interesting.  I could see adding a button down underneath it for the colder months and adding fun jewelry in a pretty shade for fall.

So, those are my affordable finds lately.  What bargains or staple pieces have you stumbled across lately?
